Machine characteristics
The paper feed section utilizes a high-speed, thickened belt for suction, ensuring smooth and accurate paper feeding. The order storage and memory function allows for rapid order changeover within 3-5 minutes. One-touch order changeovers provide convenient and quick operation. The paper feed belt is made of imported high-strength rubber for wear resistance and high friction. It can operate in single or continuous operation, effectively limiting cardboard waste during size adjustments and ensuring accurate output.
The folding section utilizes an extended model equipped with a dual-track creasing correction device to accurately and effectively correct deviations in the cardboard corrugation lines, ensuring the most precise folding of the entire carton. The seamless, circular synchronous conveyor belt, made of imported, high-friction, and ultra-wear-resistant special material, prevents misalignment and scratches on the carton surface. The gluing unit is controlled by a touchscreen computer and features dual servo-assisted guides, effectively correcting any scissor cuts and fishtails that may occur during gluing, ensuring precision and quality. The gluing speed is 200 m/min.
The straightening unit utilizes dual servo controls, using synchronous belts to press and feed the cardboard into the stapling unit, ensuring neat, scissor-free cartons. The drive belts on both sides are automatically tensioned to adjust the cardboard pressure.
The stapling unit utilizes a swinging head, made of a special, wear-resistant, and damage-resistant material, capable of stapling at speeds up to 800 staples per minute. The upper and lower drive belts are driven by separate servo motors, effectively controlling the scissor cut of the product. Double, single, and reinforced stapling can be performed simultaneously. The stapling head is powered by a servo motor. The automatic stapling mechanism uses 20 kg spools of tape, reducing tape change time.
The stacking output unit features a continuously variable speed mechanism for secondary scissor cut correction, automatically counting, stacking, and stacking output. The output capacity of finished cartons can be set according to customer needs, and a carton turner can be added upon request. Automatic strapping unit with pneumatic dual-track strapping, four-sided straightening, and compression strapping (optional).
This machine can strap three- and five-layer cartons (seven-layer options must be specified at the time of order).
This machine utilizes an independent control panel and industrial computer operation, enabling remote troubleshooting.
