Maybe you haven't noticed: your machine is running at high speed, but your profit return rate is not very high. You can consider the direct impact of the paper usage rate of the corrugated roller of the corrugator on your profit.
Corrugation rate: the ratio of single-sided paper and core paper during corrugation forming. (For example: 300MM cardboard, its core paper is stretched to 450MM, that is, the paper usage rate is: 450/300=1.5)
Under the same conditions of cardboard forming, if you can choose a corrugated roller with a 3% lower paper rate than your current one:
If the corrugated roller runs 120,000 meters per day, then:
It can save 12,000 meters of core paper*3%=3,600 meters per day
It can save 3,600 meters of core paper*30 days=108,000 meters per month
If your machine width is wider, the loss will be greater. For example, if your machine width is 2.5 meters, and you use 150g weight core paper, the core paper width is 2100mm (about 83"), then the extra core paper loss per day is 1.134 tons; by analogy, if your machine width is 1.6 meters, and the core paper width is 1500mm (about 59"), then the extra core paper loss per day is 0.81 tons. Therefore, if you choose new corrugated rollers with lower paper usage, the cost of the new corrugated rollers ordered by your company can be fully recovered within two months! The rest is entirely the company's profit.
