Hengchuangli Machinery Launches Winter Equipment Maintenance Campaign to Ensure Stable Delivery of Corrugated Cardboard Production Lines

As the year-end order delivery season approaches, Dongguang County Hengchuangli Carton machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hengchuangli Machinery") launched a "Winter Equipment Maintenance and Precision Calibration Special Action" in its production workshop. The focus of this operation is to comprehensively upgrade core equipment such as theCorrugated Paperboard Production Line to ensure on-time order delivery and improve product quality., and lay a solid equipment foundation for domestic and foreign customers to boost their year-end production capacity.

This special operation covers all work-in-process and equipment awaiting shipment in the production workshop, focusing on three core aspects:

Deep Inspection of Core Components: The technical team disassembled and inspected key components of the corrugated cardboard production line, including the synchronous drive system, heating rollers, and tension controller, replacing aging seals and worn parts. They also conducted program debugging and data calibration for the intelligent control system, ensuring stable output and precise operation of functions such as automatic deviation correction and infrared detection.

Winter Adaptation Optimization: Considering the low-temperature environment in northern regions, the production line's heating system underwent efficiency improvements. Optimization of waste heat recovery pipelines and insulation layer design reduced the impact of ambient temperature on cardboard bonding strength and production efficiency. Simultaneously, moisture-proof and anti-condensation protection devices were added to the electrical control system to prevent circuit failures caused by low temperature and high humidity.
