1. Core Functions and Workflow
The equipment completes the entire corrugated cardboard production process through an automated assembly line. The core steps include:
Unwinding: Unwinding the roll of face paper, liner (usually kraft paper), and corrugated core;
Flanging: Heated corrugating rollers press the core into a wavy shape (the "fluted" structure);
Laminating: Gluing the corrugated core, face paper, and liner together to form corrugated cardboard with varying thicknesses, such as three-layer, five-layer, or seven-layer;
Slitting and Finishing: Cutting the formed continuous cardboard into specified widths and lengths for subsequent processing into cartons. 2. Primarily used by carton manufacturers, these machines are essential equipment in the packaging supply chain for industries like logistics, e-commerce, food, and home appliances. The corrugated cardboard used in the express boxes and home appliance packaging we receive daily is almost always produced on this type of equipment.

Based on the number of cardboard layers produced, these machines can be categorized as "three-layer Corrugated Cardboard Machines" or "five-layer corrugated cardboard machines." The greater the number of layers, the greater the cardboard's load-bearing and cushioning properties.
