Printing Slotting Machine
A printing slotting machineis a key piece of equipment in the packaging industry, mainly used for processing cardboard. It can complete Printing, slitting, creasing, slotting, and other processes in one go, enabling the production of various packaging cartons.
Main Functions:
Multi-color Printing: Capable of single-color to multi-color printing in a single operation, meeting the printing needs of various packaging applications.
Multiple Processing Steps: Simultaneously performs processes such as slitting, creasing, trimming, slotting, corner cutting, and punching, processing cardboard into cartons of specific shapes.
Working Principle:
Paper Feeding Stage: The paper feeding roller, connected to a motor, smoothly feeds the cardboard into the machine under the action of a precision transmission device. Simultaneously, high-precision sensors on the paper feeding table monitor the cardboard's position and status in real time, ensuring its accurate entry into the printing stage.
Printing Stage: Printing is completed using an anilox roller and a printing cylinder. The anilox roller dips into ink from the ink reservoir, transfers it through the cells to the printing cylinder, and then the printing cylinder transfers the ink onto the cardboard.
Slotting Stage: The slotting section consists of a slotting blade and a blade holder. The blade holder drives the slotting blade to move precisely and cut according to a preset program, creating slots of different sizes and shapes according to packaging requirements.
Structural Features:
Modular Design: The machines primarily employ a modular design, allowing units to be combined according to usage requirements. Units are pneumatically locked and electrically operated, facilitating installation, debugging, and maintenance.
High-Precision Components: Each roller undergoes dynamic balancing and calibration, with hard chrome plating on the roller body surface. Gears are made of alloy steel and undergo high-frequency quenching, ensuring printing color registration accuracy and extending equipment lifespan.
Automatic Control System: Typically equipped with a PLC frequency conversion control system and touch screen, enabling human-machine interaction, computer order management, and other functions. Operation is convenient, and order changes are quick.
Technical Parameters:
Processing Size: Different models of printing slotting machines can handle different maximum and minimum cardboard sizes. For example, a certain model has a maximum paper size of 1270×2600mm and a minimum processing size of 320×640mm.
Working Speed: Typical working speeds range from tens to hundreds of sheets per minute. For example, a certain model has a working speed of 180 sheets/min and a design speed of 220 sheets/min.
Precision: Printing registration accuracy and slotting accuracy are important indicators. For example, a certain model can achieve a printing registration accuracy of ±0.5mm and a slotting accuracy of ±1.5mm.
Application Areas: Printing and slotting machines are widely used in cardboard box factories and packaging plants to produce various types of cardboard boxes, such as food packaging boxes, electronic product packaging boxes, and daily necessities packaging boxes. They are indispensable equipment in modern packaging production.
