Structural features

The cutter shaft drive gear is made of precision forged steel with high frequency quenching to realize the non backlash transmission. The advanced keyless connection mode is adopted, and the transmission precision is high.

The blade of the crosscutting machine adopts the structure of edge inserted steel spiral cutter, with serrated blade shape. Long shearing force, small shearing force.

The front and rear paper feeding wheels adopt the sun wheel paper pressing mode, with stable conveying and uniform pressure, which is not easy to crush the board or cause blockage.
