Structural features

The hood suction structure is adopted with high-pressure strong fan. The air source and electrical control are centralized in the same operation cabinet, and the operation side is fully enclosed and covered.

High quality resin sand casting with wall panel thickness of 200 mm. It adopts independent gearbox and universal joint transmission structure.

The lifting trolley is installed on the transport overpass, which can be used to take out the tile roller assembly and pressure roller when necessary, which is convenient and quick.

The coating roller unit adopts the overall outward moving structure, which can be moved out of the machine for maintenance and improve the work efficiency.

Spray and humidity control device is adopted to maintain good stability of deformation and avoid dry cracking.

The automatic circulation glue supply system and double air cylinder pneumatic gluing device have good cushioning effect.

The gluing part adopts integral sliding plate structure, and the surface of the cot is engraved with 32 line pit pattern after fine grinding and treated with tungsten carbide.

The corrugating roller is made of 48crmo alloy steel and the diameter of the main corrugating roll is 320mm. After quenching and tempering, rough turning, internal hole fine boring, shaft head drying, welding, tempering and stress relief, fine turning, rough grinding, medium frequency ★quenching, CNC grinding, tungsten carbide treatment.

The main power is driven by frequency conversion motor, which is energy-saving and efficient with low failure rate.

The width of gluing is electrically adjusted to adapt to the width change of base paper.

The size of glue application is electrically adjusted, and the touch screen displays and operates. The gluing gap is transmitted through the encoder with high accuracy.

The power and operation parts are equipped with safety protection net to ensure the safety of personnel when the machine is running
