Structural features
It can store 200 sets of orders, change the paper cutting specifications quickly and accurately, change the order without stopping the machine, and realize the computer networking, which is convenient for production management.
The cutter shaft drive gear is made of precision forged steel with high frequency quenching to realize the non backlash transmission. The advanced keyless connection mode is adopted, and the transmission precision is high.
The blade of the crosscutting machine adopts the structure of edge inserted steel spiral cutter, with serrated blade shape. Long shearing force, small shearing force.
The front and rear paper feeding wheels adopt the sun wheel paper pressing mode, with stable conveying and uniform pressure, which is not easy to crush the board or cause blockage.
This type of brake is energy storage type (non energy consumption braking), so it has low energy consumption in the production process. The average power consumption is 1 / 3 of that of ordinary NC cutting machine, saving more than 70% of electricity and achieving the goal of saving money.
